Solution
Design different possibilities for a customer to select any type of cake at once. a customer and open ordering options while buying cakes.
The Audience
The main audience for this kiosk can be categorized into three different types of customers. Custom order buyer, pre-made buyer, or buyers who want both.
Custom order
This customer visits a bakery shop to request a customized order for a special event. Usually, by requesting a baker upfront about what they want on a cake.
Pre-made
This customer wants to pick up a cake already made. Their intention is either buying a cake in a display case or selecting anything on a menu.
Obstacles
Each customer would face difficulties while ordering any bakery item without having a guide or any information about a cake.
Obstacle 1
A customer would have difficulty describing the content of a cake for customization.
Obstacle 2
Some cake shops don’t have any information about ingredients and calories before buying. What happens if someone has peanut allergies?
